TRANEXÁMICO ACID:

is a substance used in medicine to improve coagulation and was discovered by Japanese doctor Utako Okamoto in 1962.

It is a synthetic amino acid derived from lysine.

It is a depigmentant that acts in different ways to prevent and treat stains:

on the melanocytes, avoiding and reducing the formation of stains;

about the keratinocytes, interrupting the inflammatory process that can favor the stains;

on the cells of the blood vessels, reducing the vascularization that can occur in stains like melasma.

It also helps to reduce certain types of skin redness induced by sensitivity.

It helps regulate the activity of melanocytes, the cells responsible for the production of melanine, the pigment that gives color to the skin.

In doing so, it can prevent and decrease the formation of dark spots or hyperpigmentation.
