How to use Neutralizer Flash

After the exposure of the permanent Flash rinse with plenty of water. Then apply 80 ml of neutralizing a Flash on the bigudies. Leave to act for 5 minutes, unroll it and apply 40 ml of neutralizer Flash on the lengths and tips, massage gently on the tips and leave in for 5 minutes, rinse and proceed to styling.
