Olaplex works by seeking out unique hydrogen and sulfur bonds and re-bonding them to form disulfide bonds before, during and after treatments.

Disulfide bonds are broken through chemical, thermal, and mechanical processes, so Olaplex prevents this.

It is free of silicones, sulfates, phthalates, DEA, aldehydes, and has never been tested on animals.
