Instructions for Use:
Wash hair with Polar Antarctic Shampoo, massaging it gently.
Leave on for a few moments and rinse with warm water.
Repeat the operation.
Apply the equivalent of 1 or 2 Antarctic Polar Mask nuts, on washed and towel-dried hair, comb and leave on for 2 or 3 minutes.
