The perfumed oxidizing emulsion of Valquer is designed for develop color when mixed with coloring creams in permanent colorings. Your texture extra creamy, enriched with Argan oil, guarantees a more coloring process smooth and effective.
Method of use:
- Mix in a plastic bowl with coloring cream or discoloring powder.
- Remove until you get a homogeneous cream.
- Apply about hair according to the desired technique.
Precautions:
- Contains hydrogen peroxide.
- Use gloves during application.
- Avoid contact with the eyes and rinse immediately in case of contact.
