How to Use Refectocil Eyebrow Bleaching
Mix two centimeters of dye with the cream oxidant (not included).
Use the RefectoCil pads as protection and apply the bleach with the stick on clean and dry eyebrows and eyelashes.
Leave it on for between 5 and 10 minutes depending on the shades you want to lighten.
Wipe off excess dye with a cotton pad and wash the area with water and the special RefectoCil dye remover.
